


SOMA Breathwork Meditation June 9th
Join me for a mind altering breathwork meditation this Sunday, June 9th from 11:30am-1pm. This mix of rhythmic breathing with breath holds and a guided meditation induces a euphoric higher state of consciousness that helps bring clarity to your life. It reduces anxiety and stress, and can release grief. Many people have an emotional release during this work, and for some it is calming. Bring a mat or blanket to lay down on. If you get cold, I suggest bringing a light blanket. Don’t eat for 2 hours prior ideally. You just don’t want to upset your stomach if it is trying to digest food, that’s all.
