These sessions have been filling up very quickly! An intensive and incredibly powerful breathwork class to help you release tension, grief, trauma and stress. It is life changing. Bring a mat or blanket to lay down on. If you get cold, I would suggest bringing a light blanket. Don’t eat for 2 hours prior ideally.
