Why I Created Nissa Retreats

For me, teaching isn’t just a job, it’s a calling. I love guiding people into their own intuitive awareness, showing them that psychic and mediumship abilities are not reserved for a select few but are natural parts of who we are.

I’ve also always been a traveler. Adventure has shaped me as much as my work. Every journey offers something new including fresh landscapes, cultures, and perspectives. That love of exploration naturally merged with my passion for teaching and helping others.

That’s how Nissa Retreats was born.

I wanted to create a perfect world where learning and relaxation could exist side by side. Where luxury locations set the stage for self-discovery. Where we could explore breathtaking parts of the world while also exploring the hidden landscapes within ourselves.

So far, Nissa Retreats have taken us to Costa Rica and Yorkshire, England, with each destination offering its own unique magic. Our next stop is Punta Monterrey, Mexico, this November. And in 2026, we’ll gather again in the mountains of North Carolina.

Each retreat is six immersive days of growth, connection, and renewal. You’ll learn to strengthen your intuition, open to mediumship, and deepen your relationship with your own inner guidance, all while enjoying extraordinary destinations, nourishing food, and restorative experiences.

The coast of Punta Monterrey, Mexico is wild and untouched, tucked along the lush Riviera Nayarit. Picture a hidden crescent of golden sand framed by jungle-covered cliffs. The Pacific stretches out endlessly, its waves rolling in with a rhythm that feels both powerful and calming. 

The beach is private and secluded, no crowds, no noise, just the sound of the ocean and the chorus of tropical birds. At sunrise, the horizon glows with soft pinks and oranges.
