When she was just eight years old, her great-grandmother Mabel passed away in front of her. The two were incredibly close, and Heidi was alone with her when she died. But instead of fear, something else took root.

“After my great-grandmother passed, I kept seeing her around the house,” Heidi recalls. “She would appear in the doorway or near my bed. I didn’t feel afraid at all.”

That experience was the beginning of her mediumship, not something she read about or was taught, but something she lived. Long before she explored psychic work or intuitive development, Heidi was a medium. She communicated with those on the other side. And she never doubted what she felt.

Years later, another unusual encounter deepened her connection to spirit.

While looking through a photo she had taken, Heidi noticed an orb. Inside the orb was the clear image of a man’s face, someone she didn’t recognize. Intrigued, she began taking more photos at night, curious to see if the orb would appear again. Not only did he return, but other orbs started showing up too, in different shapes, sizes and colors.

Heidi was fascinated. Who were they?

She began using flashlights, asking questions and observing responses through light. Slowly, patterns emerged. Names began to be spelled out. A system, a language, was forming. Still, something was missing.

One day, a friend offered simple but life-changing advice:
“Perhaps you can meditate and ask them what they want.”

So Heidi sat down, closed her eyes, and asked.

In meditation, the messages came. She began to see these spirits in relation to people she knew, including family, friends, acquaintances. She started receiving initials, details about how they passed, and gentle, specific messages for their loved ones.

In the most delicate way possible, Heidi began sharing what she received. Quietly. Respectfully. Always with permission.

What began as a curiosity became a calling.
That’s when the readings began. And the rest, as they say, is history.
