Transformation Happens in Community
Last month, I had the honor of guiding a small group beneath the warm Mexican sun on a secluded stretch of Pacific coastline at Punta Monterrey. It’s an ecological sanctuary where jungle meets ocean, where the land itself seems to slow time down just enough for you to hear your own heart again.
Over six days together, what unfolded was far more than a retreat. It became a living, breathing spiritual adventure, one rooted in trusting intuition, deepening psychic awareness, and reclaiming a sense of inner confidence that many people don’t even realize they’ve been missing.
Nature as the Teacher
Punta Monterrey feels like a secret whispered by the earth. A private beach, over 300 acres of wild jungle, and a natural rhythm that gently recalibrates your nervous system the moment you arrive. The sound of the waves, the warmth of the sun, the vast canopy overhead, it all has a way of putting everyday stress back into perspective.
Each day was an invitation to soften and listen. We meditated beside the ocean in the mornings, hiked barefoot through lush green trails, and allowed the wind moving through the trees to guide us inward. For many, that alone created a stillness they hadn’t felt in years—a quiet where intuition could finally be heard.
What I Teach, and Why It Matters
Throughout the week, I guided participants through breathwork, mediumship circles, and focused psychic development sessions. My intention is always the same: to help people experience their intuitive abilities, not just think about them.
We spent time demystifying the Clairs, the subtle sensory pathways through which intuition speaks. I taught how to recognize the difference between true inner guidance and mental noise. Breathwork became a tool for grounding and emotional release. Aura awareness opened new layers of self-understanding. Chakra work revealed where energy was ready to move, heal, and expand.
But the real work isn’t about technique alone. It’s about confidence.
Confidence in listening to yourself.
Confidence in honoring what shows up.
Confidence in trusting that intuitive information isn’t random, it’s meaningful.
By the end of the week, people weren’t just more open intuitively. They felt capable. Supported. Steady in their own inner knowing.
The Waterfall Ceremony
One of the most powerful moments of the retreat was our hike to a hidden waterfall, where we participated in a healing ceremony led by a local shaman. Drawing from traditional Mexican ceremonial practices, the experience centered on purification, intention, and connection to the natural elements.
These kinds of ceremonies, whether called a temazcal, shamanic journey, or healing rite, are deeply embodied. They allow old stories, stored tension, and emotional weight to move out of the body. What follows is often clarity, release, and a deeper access point to intuition that feels natural rather than forced.
Transformation Happens in Community
What made this retreat especially meaningful wasn’t just the practices—it was the community that formed.
Shared meals.
Evening conversations by the fire.
Sunset walks along the beach.
These moments created fertile ground for trust, vulnerability, and genuine connection. People felt safe being seen exactly as they were.
Guests shared that they left with:
A renewed belief in their intuitive voice and personal guidance
Greater clarity around life decisions and creative direction
Heightened sensitivity to energy, emotion, and subtle signals
A deep sense of belonging within a supportive, non-judgmental group
The deeper shifts were even more profound. People described feeling more confident acting on subtle inner messages, clearer emotionally, and calmer in their nervous systems. Inner guidance no longer felt mysterious or intimidating, it felt trustworthy.
This wasn’t a vacation away from life.
It was a return to life, more embodied, more intuitive, and more aligned.
The Next Chapter: North Carolina
The next retreat is already on the horizon. Our upcoming North Carolina gathering will take place in a completely different landscape, yet it will be just as immersive, expansive, and fun.
Surrounded by mountain forests and grounded, cozy spaces, this retreat will invite a different kind of listening, one rooted in earth energy, wooded depth, and soulful quiet. The work remains the same: trusting your intuition, strengthening your inner confidence, and connecting with others who are ready to meet themselves more honestly.
